Oxbow Bend Sunrise – Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

Sunrise in Grand Teton National Park is an amazing experience. While you don’t even watch the sun itself, the alpenglow on the mountains is astounding. I woke up before the sun 4 times during the week and photographed three of the sunrises. The first morning was hampered by a bank of clouds obscuring the mountains. The second morning, Melissa and I went to Oxbow Bend. This classic photographer’s spot gives a wonderful view of Mt. Moran.
