First Light Buffalo Valley – Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

One of my photographic goals for this trip was to come home with a better sunrise alpenglow photo. On my previous trip, we had a beautiful clear morning, but this sunrise was astonishing. Gorgeous fog around the stream creating layers with the trees in the valley, a thicker bank of fog just below the mountain range (which eventually caught the morning light in a brilliant red), and a few clouds to catch the early morning rays above the mountains. I was (and still am) blow away by the beauty of this morning. God is good.
