Quality photography is critical to selling a home. The right lighting and angles can place the potential home-buyer inside the home, help them visualize the layout of the home, and pique their interest. This helps them make the decision to pursue the home further. In my family’s search for a new home, we encountered countless real estate listings with really crummy photos. Even with good location and price, it was hard to make the next step in contacting the realtor without having a good idea of what the home looked like.
