Pelicans over the Snake River – Jackson Hole, Wyoming

While on a lovely float trip with Lewis & Clark River Expeditions, we were treated with these two American White Pelicans flying overhead. I only had my one lens with me (17-40mm f/4), so I was not expecting to photography much wildlife. I was pleasantly surprised with this 40mm shot of the Pelicans in flight with a lovely environmental background.
