Supermoon Rise from Shoshone Point, South Rim, Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

The stunningly beautiful view from Shoshone Point on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon during the supermoon rise this past November. Melissa and I hiked out to Shoshone Point to catch the twilight and the rising of the supermoon. After an afternoon on the busy Mather Point and Rim trail, it was a spectacular time enjoying this astounding view with just a few other people around. This angle shows more of the canyon, the depth of which is hard to fathom. God’s creativity and power is displayed gloriously in this scene!
