Mountaintop Experience – Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

After a 2:15am awakening, Erik and I drove up onto Trail Ridge Road, stopping here and there for some star photos. Shortly before sunrise, we started hiking up the Ute Trail. We grabbed this shot before we started the hike. It was an awesome morning. (Check back over the next few days to see more from the sunrise!)
